Realme most trusted among smartphone brands, says a consumer survey report
The emergence of the Internet of Things (IOT) has opened a growth path for smartphone brands because they began to knock more new opportunities with various connected product and technology products. By doing that, they compete with traditional consumer technology brands. To understand the performance of smartphone brands in the expanded market in India, the CyberMedia Research Market Research Agency (CMR) did ‘CMR Conness Consumer Survey 2021’.
And the survey report, which includes 2,010 consumers in the top 8 cities in India, has thrown some interesting insights.
For connected consumers, the report, the greatest expectations of consumer product and technology equipment including ease of use (96%), affordability (89%), and innovative design aesthetics (88%), among others. Laptops (39%), tablets (31%) and smart ribbons (29%) are among the three top intelligent technology products and equipment that are currently consumers use.
Impressive realm numbers
This study clearly shows smartphone consumer technology companies that gain consumer confidence, recommendations and preferences. The high brand affinity and brand trust that some smartphone brands enjoy among consumers translate into increasing the adoption of new consumer technology products from them.
Realme enjoyed the highest brand trust score of 55%, Samsung was placed second with 51%, while Apple was placed third with 49%, according to the report.
This report added Xiaomi and Samsung to lead in brand awareness at 96% followed by realm (91%). Realme is the most considered brand (67%) followed by Xiaomi (62%) and Samsung (50%), the report is claimed.
In terms of user satisfaction, Apple, it is not surprising, topping the graph at 96%, followed by Samsung at 94%.
