Fortnite Season 8 The End date and countdown leading to Chapter 3
After months working through various seasons in Fortnite Chapter 2, it seems that everything will end. Epic Games has confirmed that the 8 season will be the last for Chapter 2, so when it ends, so will the whole chapter. Presumably, we will see a massive change to the Fortnite map in the transition to Chapter 3, but what the change has not been revealed.
One-time event in the game is scheduled for December
Just like rumors that are dousy, December will indeed be a big month for fortnite. Like the epic announced today on the Fortnite website, there will be an event in a game called “The End” down on December 4 at 4 noon Est who will wrap fortnite chapter 2 and maybe bring us to fortnite chapter 3. Epic says it’s just Will run this event once, so if you want to review it later, you have to record it and save the video.
Epic also opens the water gate in terms of maximum party size, by saying that players will be able to queue to the final event with up to 16 players at their party. So, if you have a big circle of friends who play fortnite, you will be able to check this event together and on the same side (assuming, of course, that your Fortnite playpiece circle is no bigger than 16 people.).
There are a number of things to remember about this final chapter 2, apart from the fact that it will only be run once. Epic said that the playlist will live 30 minutes before the event is set to start, so you and your friends will be able to enter the game starting at 3:30 Est on the 4. You also won’t be able to change your video settings after joining, so Be sure to make any tweak you might want before queuing for the end.
What to do before the end
Epic also detailed what the player had to end in the 8th season before the end took place on December 4. The player was told to finish the search queen cube, collect all the remaining color bottles and rainbow ink to unlock the style of new Toona fish, and exchange any battle stars that they might have for gifts.
After the 8th season ended, Epic said that Battle Stars would be “redeemed automatically for the earliest rewards available.” You have to get the style of Toona you want manually, because there will be no automatic redemption rainbow and color bottles.
